LESSONS
Complete Training 3.0 LLC provides lessons in pitching, hitting, catching, and fielding. We are located in Pleasantville, Iowa which is about 30 minutes south of Des Moines. These sessions are 45 minutes long, two players scheduled together per session. Cost is $45/session.

Hitting lessons are available year around and include instruction and drills in the mechanics of hitting, along with pitch selection, timing and other important aspects of the swing.
Catching/Fielding Lessons
Catching and fielding lessons are available year around and include instruction and drills in the mechanics of catching, infield or outfield.
